Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people ever make. It’s also one you don’t often do. It makes sense to work with a person who does this every day.
Not every real estate agent is a REALTOR®. Only members of the National Association of REALTORS® can use that name, and every one of us promises to follow the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. That means putting your interests first, being honest with you, and treating everyone in the transaction fairly.
Here’s what that looks like when you work with me.
I guide you through the process. Contracts, disclosures, inspections, deadlines. There’s a lot of paperwork and a lot of new words. I explain each step so you always know what’s happening and why.
I give you honest advice. Whether it’s what your home is likely to sell for or whether a house is right for you, I’ll tell you what I see, even when it’s not what you hoped to hear.
I know the local market. I’ve worked in Tacoma real estate for more than 40 years. I know the neighborhoods, how homes are selling right now, and what that means for your price and your timing.
I negotiate for you. Price is only part of it. Repairs, closing dates, and contingencies all matter, and I’m there to protect your interests on every one of them.
I help you get your home seen. When you sell, I market your home to reach the right buyers and work with other agents to bring them through the door.
I help you keep a clear head. Moving is emotional, especially when you’re leaving a home full of memories. I help you slow down, look at the facts, and make decisions you’ll feel good about.
My promise is simple: I advise and advocate for you and clarify every step of your real estate transaction.
